Marc Jacobs' SPRING 2013 collection is fit for a 21st Century Peggy Moffitt / Edie Sedgwick.  

Op Art inspired textiles in a black / white / neutral scheme dominated the collection 

& are paired with 60's inspired Mod silhouettes.

Her SPRING 2013 collection also took a cue from 60's fashion but in the charmingly sweeter, off beat way Karen Walker is known for.  She opted for an overtly Spring feeling color palette which seems to be a overwhelming trend for the 2013 season.  Colors range from sherbet peaches to golden tones and airy blues. We always love the mix and match of her original quirky prints and with this season it's no different.  This season we see a variety of op art inspired polk a dots, 

and futuristic / space themed prints a la "The Jetsons."
